As the People/HR Business Partner (IC Role) at you will play a crucial role in aligning human resources strategy with business objectives. You will serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team and work collaboratively with various departments and business units to deliver effective HR solutions. Your primary focus will be on driving employee engagement, talent management, performance management, and organizational development initiatives to support the company's growth and success. You will serve as a trusted People partner to managers and employees, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations

What the role involves

Employee Relations:

1. Act as a point of contact (conduct regular 1:1) for employee relations matters, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

2. Resolve employee conflicts and address grievances in a fair and timely manner.

3. Support managers in handling disciplinary actions and performance improvement

plans.

Employee Engagement:

1. Implement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

2. Promote employee engagement through activities, events, and recognition programs.


3. Conduct employee surveys, analyze results, and recommend action plans to improve engagement.

Performance Management:

1. Develop and implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

2. Support managers in providing regular coaching and mentoring to enhance employee performance.

3. Assist in identifying training and development needs to support performance improvement.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and develop job descriptions.

2. Work closely with the TA team to hire the right candidates.

3. Implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

4. Work closely with managers to develop talent management strategies and succession plans.

Learning and Development:

1. Identify training needs and design and deliver relevant training programs.

2. Support employees' professional development and career progression through coaching, mentoring, and talent management initiatives.

HR Policies, Metrics and Reporting:

Work closely with the HR Ops team to:

1. Develop and communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.

2. Analyze HR data and trends to generate reports and insights for senior management.

3. Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve HR processes and enhance organizational effectiveness.
