Job Profile:
- Organize and manage the People Function, end to end.
- Segregate HR functions into a specialized and structured format.
- Work closely with the business stakeholders to understand and cater to their HR requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 7- 12 years (Diversity preferred)
- Experienced in Talent Acquisition (including campus), PMS, and Business Partnering
- Has exposure in both large organizations and a start-up
- Has a systematic and hands-on approach to tasks provided and result oriented
- Has a strong and commanding personality
- Strong stakeholder management skills
