People Combine Educational Initiatives is an Education Services company based out of Hyderabad. The company operates a chain of K-12 Schools and Playschools in South India. The company owns and manages - Oakridge International School- and - Westberry School- brands of K-12 Schools and - OI Playschool- brand of playschools. The company currently operates 5 units of Oakridge International School, 2 units of Westberry, 50 Centres of playschools across the country.
We are looking for a senior management professional who can play a leading role in driving sales across businesses for the group:
Location: Hyderabad
- 5+ years of sales experience in services industry with focus on growing business by managing and driving distributed sales team
Education: Masters degree in Business Management

Job Responsibilities:
The Sales Head - People Combine Group, Hyderabad would be responsible for:
- Driving admissions across the set of schools managed by People Combine Group by leading and managing a dedicated team of business development managers and counsellors
- Building a pipeline of prospective admissions via a set of pre-sales / direct marketing effort across campuses
- Developing relationship with corporate clients, housing societies and even playschool chains to build the sales pipeline
- Achieving high conversion rates from prospective admission to final admission by driving innovative methods through the sales force.
Experience sought:
Ideally looking for a candidate who has:
- Experience in building, strengthening and leading a large and distributed sales team in a consumer service industry, effectively managing their performance to drive sales target
- Demonstrated abilities to drive sales of premium product / service
- Experience of Education business is a plus but is not a requirement
Attitude sought:
- Efficient communicator combining high degree of discretion, mature judgment, interpersonal, problem solving and mentoring skills
- Self-starter and go-getter who is able to himself/herself able to identify potential areas of improvement in the organization and drive change
- Team player and relationship manager who can work closely with Other Business unit, Other functional heads and external partners etc
