People & Change Management Role - Organisation Restructuring/Job Evaluation

- Leads the Talent Architecture process and develops solutions for area of responsibility by collaborating with internal and external partners to identify the gaps, utilizing job design and valuation methodology to determine job levels.

- Leads Talent Architecture projects along with supporting enterprise-wide special projects in one or more work streams of a cross-functional project by utilizing expertise in specialized area.

- Manages the job valuation process for the enterprise by collaborating with subject matter experts to identify business objectives and gather job information; analyzing job information and context to ensure a holistic and comprehensive review.

- Develops talent and replacement plans for own organization that increase effectiveness, build diversity, and enhance bench strength.

- Build Internal and External Relationships 

- Builds and sustains trusting, collaborative relationships and alliances across functional, organizational, and geographical boundaries to achieve goals.
