Mandatory Guidelines :
- Must have strong career stability (2+ years per company ideally)
- 3-5 years experience in HR/People business partnering or COE roles in an early or growth stage startup-only from Product companies
- Good exposure to Performance management, OD
- Only Full-time MBA from Tier 1/2 B schools

What the role involves :
- Working closely with People & Culture team and business leaders to define and implement the talent agenda for the org
- Owning eNPS and other metrics related to employee engagement for the org and driving initiatives to improve the same
- Ensuring effective implementation of people processes such as performance management, talent reviews, rewards and recognition etc. across the org; redesigning processes where required
- Maintaining a strong employee connect across levels
Who are we looking for :
- We are looking for candidates with experience relevant to one or more written below:
- 3-5 years experience in HR/People business partnering or COE roles in an early or growth stage startup
- Deep conceptual understanding of multiple areas within HR, both theoretical and hands-on
- Strong academic background, with a Masters' degree in HR
