Our client is a global firm in the strategy consulting space looking to expand the footprint of their capability network in India. You will get a chance to:
- Lead the HR agenda to drive business growth
- Work closely with senior stakeholders in a high visibility role
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will manage a team of 2-3 people and carry out the following responsibilities:
- Drive the entire employee lifecycle and design people development strategies to support business growth and culture
- Support in designing HR policies, manage grievances, develop strategies for employee retention and be the go-to person for all people related queries
- Ideate and execute new employee initiatives, engage in performance management and talent development projects to maintain a highly productive workforce
- Manage the appraisal process end to end and provide developmental inputs to ensure growth of people
- Develop new people policies in alignment with regional and global policies
- Working very closely with the senior stakeholders and business heads to drive organization culture and foster growth
The Ideal fit:
- MBA in HR from Tier 1 / 2 campuses with 7-12 years of relevant experience working with retail/ FMCG/consulting or capability networks
- Ability to anticipate and identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency
- Strategic HR professional who can get the engine running smoothly, understand the requirements well and drive them to completion
- Superior people development skills and robust stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team
- Advanced ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of labour laws in Delhi and Mumbai
