Read more about us: https://pentathlon.vc/ Job Profile: Title: Investment Associate Position Type: Full-time Location: Anywhere India Position Description: The person will be responsible to support all functions of the fund management including deal sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, legal documentation and portfolio management. But the key focus of the role is towards deal sourcing and requires active business development and relationship building with active startup communities across India. Qualifications: A successful candidate will have the following attributes: - A degree in business, finance or investment. Engineers with exposure to finance and investment may also apply. - 2 - 5 years of experience with an accelerator, vc fund, investment bank or a growth stage startup. - Experience with a startup or entrepreneurial environment is important. Required skills: The candidate should have exposure to the following skillset: - Deep relationship with active startup ecosystem players including tech communities, incubators, accelerators, angel funds, VC Fund etc. - Should display good communication skills and should be able to liaison well with the portfolio companies, mentors, advisors, investors, co-investors, other partners etc. - Should have interest in performing research and financial analysis. - Should display good communication skills and should be able to liaison well with the portfolio companies, mentors, advisors, investors, co-investors, vendors, partners etc. - Should have good working knowledge of organizing databases and exposure to pipeline management. - Should be able to work in an unstructured environment and be very much self-driven. - Should be able to pay attention to details and be able to complete tasks with minimum supervision.
