Job Title : Analyst / Senior Analyst Digital Marketing

Reporting To : Manager Digital Marketing

Job Specification:

Analytics & Tracking:

- Provide event tracking recommendations based on Adobe Analytics for both Website & Mobile Apps

- Develop solutions for tag deployment through tag management systems (Tealium / Adobe Launch) for both Website & Mobile Apps

- Audit tracking implementation of development teams for both Website & Mobile Apps

- Analyze marketing channel and website performance data and present detailed MIS reports to CXO/brand/marketing team

- Track key metrics (e.g. leads, conversions, revenue contribution, searches, etc.) across channels

- Develop recommendations on ways to further optimize performance

- Design, build, and distribute repeatable reports and performance metrics/insights on marketing campaigns and tactics

- Create custom reports and dashboards on Adobe Analytics (workspace, report builder, etc.) audit performance on an on-going basis, and build automated reports where relevant

- Perform in-depth analysis of digital campaigns and website performance to drive customer acquisition and retention, lead conversion, sales, and brand equity

- Work cross-functionally to help inform extended stakeholder teams on key learning from data analysis

- Continuously improve data capture and analytic capabilities to create a competitive advantage

- Stay abreast of web and digital space measurement and analytics techniques to continually provide insightful and forward thinking measurement strategies and data capture tactics

Technical Skill Sets:

Preferred skills and expertise:

- Experience in working within a marketing/ business intelligence environment

- High level of experience working with Adobe Analytics

- Knowledge of other Adobe marketing cloud products such as Launch, Audience Manager and Target

- Highly proficient with Excel analysis, charts, pivots, reporting and presentation

- Experience working with Google Adwords and other paid search platforms

- Strong proficiency with MS Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations

- Experience in measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns including: natural and paid search, email, affiliate, display and social

- Good knowledge of tag management solutions such as Launch, Google Tag Manager or Tealium PENNYWISE SOLUTIONS
