Qualification and Experience (Candidates from IT Companies Preferred) : BTech/BE/Any Graduation/MBA/Any PG

Experience : 8 to 12 yrs Years of working experience as a Senior Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities :

- The business analyst would work closely with our customers to understand their business model, requirements and translate them into software requirements document.

- Lead the requirement gathering, functional design and business analysis for IT projects.

- Prepare and deliver comprehensive functional specifications based on thorough analysis of business requirements for bespoke client solutions.

Functional Skills :

- Candidate should be good at analyzing customer needs in terms of business objectives and requirements.

- Should be good at drafting Software Requirements Specification documents (FRS / BRDs) and also writing user stories and epics

- Know-how of wireframing / information architecting / other visual requirement representation skill would be definite plus.

- Should be able to present and articulate product features, benefits, and overall solutions

- Comfortable with communicating with foreign customers and getting Requirement & business from them.

- Good at identifying explicit and implicit features of a business requirement.

- Should be able to quickly understand complex requirements, break them down and have attention to details

- Should be able to manage scope, requirements, map features and set correct expectations & commitments for both the internal team and the client

- Coming from a core development background is a plus.

- At least 3 years' experience working in an agile collaborative working environments (Scrum, Kanban etc.) and JIRA

- At least 2 years' experience in DXPs (or at least WCMS) / eCommerce platforms. Experience on Sitecore / Acquia / Magento would be a plus.
