Responsibilities:   - Perform regular market research studies to gather important brand data.  - Develop custom brand management plans and submit updated summaries on brand exposure to management each month.  - Assist in the design of retail packaging as well as the creation of POP (Point of Purchase) material.  - Schedule preparation for BTL/ATL activities along with Region heads and drive the initiative.  - Actively participate in domestic cement expos, brief management about expos abroad.  - Plan and control the Advertising & Sales promotion budget every month.   - Preparation of internal news letters, external news letters (Information to public), press releases, actively engaging media with promotional activities  - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns  - Work closely with several advertising agencies to manage brand marketing campaigns.  - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)  - Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.  - Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities to identify opportunities and key issues.  - Develop the identified marketing initiatives for each location based on promotional strategies and market research.  Skills Required:   - Must be a confident communicator and presenter.  - Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally.  - Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.  - Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media  - Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.  Candidate should be from Manufacturing Sector preferably from Cement Industry.
