Role being recruited for: Senior Manager/A.G.M (Marketing Strategy & Transformation)

Professional Experience required: 3-5 years

As a Marketing Strategist you will work within the areas of Sales, Marketing Transformation, Channel Development, Branding, New Product Development, Packaging and Logistics, addressing both strategic and operational issues of Penna Cements Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Address both strategic and operational issues of Marketing, Sales and Logistics. Drive diagnosis and value assessment in order to identify value creation opportunities in Marketing, Sales and Logistics.

2. Guide teams through issue identification and work plan development using problem solving principles and past experience.

3. Assist Director Marketing in his strategic initiatives and operational activities and work closely with State heads and RSMs for transformational activities.

4. Work seamlessly with the Corporate Strategy team and own resources to ensure that the recommendations are implemented.

5. Establish and develop long term sustainable competitive advantages in Marketing.

6. Sales and logistics - Work with Top management to develop Strategic Initiatives and drive strategies for both Trade and Non Trade business.

7. Digitization of processes using advanced technologies/IOTs.

Requirements:

1. MBA from Tier -1 business school with Engineering degree.

2. A minimum of 3 years work experience within Sales/Marketing or similar is expected.

3. Candidates should possess general management consulting skills and have a strong track record.

4. Strong skills within communication, problem solving, financial/value business acumen, relationship development and project management are required.

5. Candidates should have an aspiration towards leadership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment.

6. Should be a self starter and willing to work in an ambiguous working environment.
