PEGA BPM CoE Lead/Practice Manager

Must Have:

- Handled PEGA BPM Practice / COE Lead with Minimum of 100+ Team Size

Pre-requisites:

- Should have managed PEGA BPM CoE/ Practice for the last 4-5 years

- MUST have proven-expertise in practice building

- Taking up COE initiatives

- Proven-expertise in pre-sales; business mining & innovation

- Excellent delivery capability in onsite-offshore delivery model

- Experience in managing large programs

- Excellent client engagement experience
