Expectations from the Operations Lead -

- Communicate and manage client expectations with internal stakeholders (product engineering, analytics) and ensure delivery as per standards and expectations

- Establish SOPs and SLAs to ensure meeting of client expectations

- Carry out project planning, workflow and process mapping of operations to ensure on time deliverables

- Document client meetings and ensure expectations are clearly understoof by all parties (peel-works and the client)

- Work closely with the Customer development manager and the analytics team to create dashboards and reports for the client

- Ensure bug free technology roll out to the client by working closely with the product engineering team to test new software, version changes etc.

You should be :

- Experienced in a project / network management role (2-3 years)

- Process oriented

- Comfortable with data and technology

- Able to work with ambiguity and in a fast paced environment

- Academically brilliant
