Requirement for the Role: - 6-12 years of FMCG/telecom /Retail/ ecommerce / Sales operation experience - Should have managed a team - front line sales force - High result orientation - Willing to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, comfortable with unstructured situations - flexibility and agility - Able to take accountability and responsibility for the location. Roles and Responsibilities: - Responsible for Overall business deliverables of circle as per organizational objectives - Build cross functional alignment with sourcing and fulfilment teams towards business deliverables. - Ensure width and depth of coverage in line with business plans. - Identify and drive expansion plan for the city including both GMV and assortment in the market. - Ensure profitability at a unit level to grow the business - Manage a Team of Area mangers & RMs both on performance management and personnel development - Explore avenues for new business opportunities
