- Supervision of Day to day accounting - Good knowledge of Order to Cash process and Purchase to Pay - Must have experience of finalisation of Balance Sheet - Must have experience of handling Direct &amp; Indirect Tax returns and assessment, including audits - Must have handled secretarial matters, preferably related to fund raise - Preparation of budget and effectively implement budgetary controls - Preparation of MIS and adhoc reports as may be required from time to time, this includes coordination with cross functional stake-holders - Preparation of reports for the Board - Good in process understanding - Experience of working in Service Industry - Must have worked in cross functional teams - Hands on experience of working in advance MS Excel and Powerpoint is a must - Experience of working in ERP environment is desirable Soft Skills : - Should be good in written and verbal communication - Excellent interpersonal skills - Should be able work in a cross functional teams - Should be able to lead team of accountants - Should be willing to travel, if required
