Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the leadership team for a high impact role.
- Responsible to build and drive HR strategy across functions to foster organization growth.
- Create a conducive culture to enable the growth of employees and organization.
- Maintaining harmonious & cordial industrial relations in the Organization
- Responsible for anchoring all PMS & Employee Communications initiatives.
- Employee Life Cycle Management and adherence and creation of policies and processes.
- Works towards employee motivation, engagement strategies and RnR programs.
- Track trends in employee concerns/behavior and proactively address them.
- Ensure 100% closure of HR SLAs. Responsible for statutory compliance, records under various labour laws.
- Design, implement and support several HR interventions for the organization.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Overall 10+ years' experience in HR, MBA from a reputed B-School.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing a team and diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of behavioral aspects and industrial relations.
- Sound knowledge/exposure of the HR processes, policies.
- Strong business partner, solution-oriented with the ability to influence business leaders.
- Strong background in employee relations and talent management.
- Excellent Communication skills & Relationship Building skills.
- Strong Negotiation & Conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work with diverse teams.
