- Contribute to the company's strategy and roadmap for the future.

Role requirements :

- Extensive FMCG sales experience

- High energy and drive

- Prior people management experience

- Be able to work with ambiguity and in a fast paced environment

- Comfort with data and technology

- Mobility within and outside the country

- Academic brilliance

- Pursue an interest like travel, music, cooking, movies etc.

- Able to challenge status quo and not care much about hierarchy
