Title: Commercial Director
Job Summary : The Commercial Director is responsible for leading the commercial strategy and activities of the organization. This role involves overseeing operations, business development, and customer relationship management to drive growth and market share.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy aligning with the business goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the marketplace.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and avenues for growth.
- Vendor Relations: Ensure high levels of vendor satisfaction and develop strategies to acquire and retain vendors.
- Operations Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for commercial activities and ensure all contracts are fulfilled.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Reporting and Communication: Report on commercial activities to the senior management team and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all commercial activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in a senior commercial role, preferably in E-Commerce
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements of the staffing industry.
- Proven ability to lead a team and drive commercial growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Working Conditions: This position may require travel.
Reporting To: Reports to the Vice President, Commercial Operations.
