Responsibilities   The Sales head position will be responsible for growing all lines of business for peel-works and develop a robust funnel for the organization. This role is responsible for delivering on the following areas:  1. Identifying and developing new business opportunities, across different industries  2. Business planning & strategy for targeting new clients and mining existing ones   3. Effectively and creatively using various media to create a presence in forums relevant to peel-works’ areas of operations  4. Working closely with product, analytics and account management teams to create winning solutions for clients   5. Building and maintaining strong client relationships  6. Building sales capability and a sales culture in the organization by creating appropriate review mechanisms and forums  3. Desired experience & qualifications  1.	M.B.A. from a Tier-1 BSchool   2.	10+ years of proven track record in b2b sales  3.	Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
