Job Description :

Job Title - Entrepreneur in residence (EIR)

Job Brief :

- We are looking for a former founder of any startup company or an early employee of one that is experiencing rapid development or someone who has been or is a part of a startup.

- Someone who is a startup enthusiast and is knowledgeable about their progressive movements.

- Someone who is willing to put in the time and effort for our organization and can function under time constraints.

Responsibilities :

- Recognize the startup's industry, and assist them in continuing their path by providing clear guidelines and defined frameworks.

- Constant supervision and mentoring, along with some market research.

- Monitor and publish the startup's progress.

- Utilize our platform to connect startups with successful startup founders and domain experts.

- How to make our organization's procedure better.

- Finding answers to the many difficulties that we encounter.

Requirement:

- Passion for startups.

- Ought to be self-sustaining.

- Good problem-solving, and communication skills.

- A former early employee of a high-growth firm or a former startup founder.
