Pedagogy Content Expert - Analytics background

- Identify the areas within analytics where there is maximum demand and interest for learning through primary and secondary research

- Design and produce learning courses (structure and script) and associated content (for e-learning and simulations) within analytics

- Ensure consistency and quality of course development via best practices

- Collaborate with industry experts and internal professionals to develop real world scenarios which can be modeled as simulation

- Work with partners/ industry experts and academic instructors to develop custom simulations on the platform

- Keep up to date in emerging trends and issues in e-Learning.

- Develop and maintain an Online blog and resources related to online teach and learning and educational technology. Deliver a superb customer experience

- Experience or knowledge in Pedagogy and curriculum development.

- Prior experience in an academic institute as an instructor, professor, teaching assistance is desirable.

- Understand principles and best practices of online instructional design.

- Experience in working for a start-up is a plus

- Bachelor's /Masters / Doctorate Degree in Engineering/ Mathematics/ Statistics or related field

- Excellent academic records

- Self-starter who independently initials projects and can work efficiently with limited supervision.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skill
