- Experience of selling digital products/ solutions
- MBA in Sales/ Marketing (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong Negotiation & Influencing Skills
- Excellent Relationship building skills
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Plays a critical role in promoting the need for Pearson digital learning solutions for K-12 customers.
- Handling issues of change management in evolving markets.
- Competently resolving issues relating to technology and the works.
- Positioning the digital proposition as a pedagogy catering to visual, auditory, kinesthetic learning requirements.
- Being the SPOC for the specific region on all queries related to Pearson digital Learning solutions.
- Overall ownership adoption and will carry the revenue targets for digital Products in the region. Responsible for Revenue generation from sale of Digital products for the region
- 100% retention of existing clients, Ensuring higher Customer Satisfaction and timely reviews.
- Promotion seminars and service workshops conducted.
- Usage of deployed products at individual clients locations
- Ensuring on time submission of sales reports and other MIS reports
- Achieving sales targets
- Promoting optimum usage of deployed products at individual Institutions
- Coordinating for market analysis and identifying thrust areas
