Job Purpose:&nbsp;Business Analysis, Reporting &amp; Business Partnering Responsibilities in Financial Accounting &amp; Reporting: - Preparation of annual budgets, prepare monthly MIS for Management, provide ad-hoc analysis and reports to management. - Experience in Transaction accounting: create/approve JVs, accruals, GL account reconciliations, inter-company reconciliations including Balance sheet reconciliation. - Accurate and timely financial reporting and prepare Management reports/ Monthly Financial reports. Month End Close activities - Revenue Recognition. - Maintaining Internal Accounting controls, follow up with Group Control &amp; mitigate risk audit observations. - GL management: system, process, master file maintenance. - Adherence to accounting policies and procedures of the company. - Working knowledge of IFRS statements - Any other task as may be assigned from time to time. Required Knowledge, experience and qualification: - Education: CA with 5-6 years / MBA Finance with minimum 6-7 years of experience. - Background in a Financial Accounting, Reporting, &amp; Business Partnering. - Analytical approach. - Hands on experience in Oracle, Planning tools such as BI, PRIME, Hyperion, ESSBASE etc., - Good verbal and written communication skills - Improving processes so as to increase efficiency and achieve more in less time. - Communication skills are must, since this involve dealing with Functional heads. - Willing to travel Locally 20% of the Job.
