Reporting to the Vice President HE and International, you will ensure that across our markets we are developing exceptional partnerships and engagement, driving market share. This position is a critical part of our organization to drive continuous growth and develop new business opportunities with clear performance indicators and measurements. This individual will be responsible for implementing business development strategies, direct sales, and RFP opportunities, as well as meeting specific goals surrounding sales target attainment and overall revenue generation. You will act as a change agent to drive the shift of mindset and culture in the sales team developing a high performing and agile culture. Based in India, you will work closely with our India team, liaising with our MD India. What you will do: - Lead a global team of sales professionals - Establish a detailed understanding of market and customer insight - Establish the sales direction and strategy aligned with the corporate targets and articulate the goals to the sales teams, informed by excellent customer insight - Accountable for delivering our WFS sales and revenue - Share P&L responsibility for our business - Drive a growth agenda that sustains the existing business while developing new opportunities through new business models, partnerships, and channels - Propose and review action plans based on the strategy and track the progress and relevant KPIs - Drive sale operational efficiency through selling processes review and a data-driven culture to improve forecast accuracy and sales pipeline management - Effectively manage and develop remote teams - Liaise and collaborate with colleagues across our product and service pillars, seeking synergies and opportunities to drive efficiency and effectiveness
