Job Purpose: The role holder is responsible for Brand Planning and Management at Pearson India. This position reports into and supports the GM Marketing in planning &amp; pursuing Brand initiatives. Key accountabilities and responsibilities: Brand Initiatives - Brand Architecture - Anchor the Brand architecture with introduction of new product/business lines and keep refreshing it as and when needed - Annual Brand Plan - Anchor the planning process along with business leads to put in place - An annual Brand plan - An overall marketing plan - Requisition Brand/Marketing budgets to deliver on the agreed plan Digital Initiatives - To support Brand Pearson - Engagement Initiative - To constantly engage with the educator community engaged with Pearson India - Partnerships &amp; retainers - Create strong working relationship with creative partner agencies - Researches - Plan, brief, get relevant researched conducted in sync with businesses and overall Brand Pearson - Revenues (across channels) - Analysis at title level for Best sellers, Top contributors, and the long tail Internal Stakeholders: Stakeholders Alignments - Business/Sales head - To create annual portfolio strategy - Marketing Team - Collaterals for listing and planned promotions - Product Team - Annual Product Roadmap External Stakeholders: Stakeholders Alignments - Creative Agencies/brand partners - To execute and get new ideas on board Campaigns and promotions External Partners - Organizations working in complementary spaces to co-create strong propositions for learners Knowledge and Skills: - Category/portfolio management - Understanding of B2C and B2B business segments - Effectively engage with multiple stakeholders Personal attributes: - To hold himself first and then other stakeholders accountable to a common purpose - Is a team Player - Is an improviser - Extremely resilient
