We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity at Pearson as we are looking for Manager - Digital Marketing- to join us ASAP.

Job Purpose:

The role holder is responsible for Brand Planning and Management at Pearson India. This position reports into and supports the GM Marketing in planning & pursuing Brand initiatives.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities:

Understanding B2C domain in Social Media

- Brand Initiatives

- Brand Architecture - Anchor the Brand architecture with the introduction of new product/business lines and keep refreshing it as and when needed

- Annual Brand Plan - Anchor the planning process along with business leads to put in place

- An annual Brand plan

- An overall marketing plan

- Requisition Brand/Marketing budgets to deliver on the agreed plan

- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to- market strategies

- Digital Initiatives - To support Brand Pearson

- Social Media across all available platforms

- Online Reputation management- building positivity for the brand

- Creating Awareness and Recall across all Business considering the TG - B2B / B2C

- Website Management

- Engagement Initiative - To constantly engage with the educator community engaged with Pearson India both Online/ Offline

- Brand Building and awareness

- Creating Marketing Content (collaterals / Video) across businesses considering the Target audience

- Researches - Plan, brief, get relevant researched conducted in sync with businesses and overall Brand Pearson

- Revenues (across channels)

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activity to identify opportunities

- Analysis at title level for Best sellers, Top contributors, and the long tail

- Partnerships & retainers - Create strong working relationship with creative partner agencies
