JOB PURPOSE : - Promoting Higher education digital and print products through e-commerce and other D2C channels. - Looking for candidates from E-commerce companies PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY : - Responsible for planning and achieving sales targets for Pearson products - Build and implement strategies to maximize conversion % for all products - Build and manage large funnel of prospects through engagement and nurturing - Work closely with the marketing, content creating and delivery teams to execute campaigns and provide program feedback. - Candidate should be well versed with international market handling of E-Commerce websites like Amazon, Flipkart. - Manage Product listing, continuously update and manage content on E-commerce portals. - Highlight Price competition and manage offers. - Increase sales revenue by tapping different ecommerce channels - Provide inputs for promotions on Amazon, Flipkart, kindle like DOTD etc - Monitor stocks on a daily basis on the platforms - Ensure smoother operations and better delivery SLAs - Coordinate with product team for front list promotion REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE : - Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline. - 10 - 19 years- experience in D2C sales and e-commerce - Analytical bend of mind with problem solving skills - Good with data and number crunching, finding insights and solutions to improve conversion - Strong Sales Leadership attribute - Exemplary verbal and written communication skills - Strong decision-making ability
