Job Purpose :

- An academic relationship manager, should be able to build relationship with assigned schools and assist the schools/teachers with the services and as well as ensure its successful implementation.

Primary Responsibility :

- Be face of MyPedia and own relationship/business with the customer schools

- Efficiently handle customer/school support, queries and issues

- Train teachers/parents through workshops and training sessions for the effective implementation of MyPedia Program

- Providing ongoing support to user teachers, parents and school

- Providing user support through personal visits, telephonic/email communication, issue resolution, issue escalation and maintaining weekly contact

- Constant Coordinating with design team for updating the program material

- Pre sales academic support to Sales team members

- Ensure compliance with systems/practices in place

- Ensure proper documentation and periodic reporting

- Core travelling profile (travelling to the assigned schools)

- Management of Key Accounts.

Required Knowledge And Experience :

- Teachers Training, Teaching, Education Teacher, Academic Trainer, Curriculum Implementation,

- Teacher Educator

- Academic exposure or Education Industry experience

- School Teaching

- Team player with process orientation and service mindset. Flexible for local/outstation travel.

- People Management
