a) Leading the Talent Development Life cycle as a - process owner- for the Group to include Performance Management System and Rewards, L&amp;D and Employee Relation initiatives. b) Ownership of the Performance Management System process for the Group, ensuring - Pay for performance- through Goal Setting, Midyear Review and Annual Appraisal, Yearly increment and rewards implementation and associated operations, monitoring and control. - Understanding the WBS of different functions to onward prepare the KRA/KPI dictionary for each department in consultation with HODs. - Competency mapping and level descriptions. - Structured performance feedback sessions and improvement plans c) Partnering the L&amp;D agenda for the Organization, Implementation of the training and leadership development initiatives, ensuring the unit/plant based process initiatives to include lean, six sigma, 5S, TQM etc and overall operational management of the L&amp;D. - L&amp;D calendar implementation with Man-days/Man-hours target for each employee. - TNI/TNA for the organization. - Vendor identification, management and upgradation. d) Partnering Total Reward Management for the group in consultation with the Global Corporate HR Head, ensuring the process and implementation methodology of different kinds of Monetary and non-Monetary reward framework. e) Ownership of all associated HR metrics to include KRA/KPI Data, compensation details, Performance titration, Reward schemes, various MIS trackers and data analytics to evolve the process with time, cost and quality parameters. f) Responsible for the Employee Relation initiatives encompassing engagement, satisfaction surveys, communication campaigns and operational mandate for the processes. g) Team Leadership: Steering the Talent Acquisition team to be productive, engaged and continuous improvement of the TA process.
