We are looking for a mature and dynamic professional to join Pearl global Industries Ltd, for our India Business, with a track record of managing manufacturing units administration, Infrastructure & utilities, Government Liaising, Managing Legal cases, Safety and security of assets, people and material. Preferably a Btech and MBA with 15-20 years of experience with Manufacturing Organisation in Gurgaon. Ex-Army Officers would be preferred for this role [Major or Lt col from Fighting Arms] The person would be responsible for our 10 Units in India at Gurgaon, Chennai and Bangalore. Specific Responsibilities: a. As the occupier of the factory, ensure a strict adherence and management of all the Factory, infrastructure, utilities,Pollution related matters and associated government compliances. b. Managing the General Administration to include Facility Management, Housekeeping, O&M of the Machinery, utilities and the assets of the Manufacturing unit. c. Safety and Security Management of the People, Assets and the Premise and associated audits, checks and reporting. d. Local Liaison and the government relationship management with Police, Health and Safety, Pollution, Town Planning and other departments for a smooth functioning of the Manufacturing Units. e. Risk Management : Carry out regular audit in the Manufacturing Units and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof. f. People and Team Management: Evaluate team performance and ensure continuous upgradation through communication, feedback and guidance for the team. g. Training and Up gradation: Provide compliance,Safety and security training to the concern staff as and when needed.
