AGM/ DGM Finance - CA - Vietnam Pearl Global Industries Ltd is a Global Name in Readymade Garments, supplying to Global Brands in Retail Segment. We are looking for a Finance Person for our Unit in Vietnam. [www.pearlglobal.com] The person would be responsible for - Financial Control - Managing the finance functions &amp; determining financial, designing &amp; implementing systems, policies &amp; procedures to facilitate internal financial control. - Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine a difference between projected figures &amp; actual expenditure and implementing corrective actions. - Liaising and negotiating with local banks and financial institutions for raising fund and non-fund based facilities to meet working capital and project requirements. - Management of cash flow and distribution of funds in critical financial situations. Accounts - Examining &amp; evaluating financial systems, management procedures, and internal controls to ensure that records are accurate &amp; controls are adequate to safeguard against fraud/misrepresentations. - Administering maintenance of books of accounts, inclusive of P&amp;L account, balance sheet and trial balance with the finalization of year end accounts. - Maintaining registers on debtors, creditors &amp; expense sheets as well as other statements for the analysis of the profitability position. Auditing - Conducting statutory audits (Balance Sheet Audit), Internal Audit for analyzing existing systems for proposing improvisation measures. - Identifying frauds/misrepresentation in books of accounts &amp; drafting a final audit report containing details about deviations &amp; recommendations, - Conducting risk analysis &amp; providing valuable propositions to the top management to minimize risk levels, monitoring expenses &amp; ensuring that they adhere to budgetary parameters. Statutory Compliance/ Taxation - Interfacing with Income-Tax authorities for timely filing of TDS, Income Tax and Sales tax returns, tax assessments, exemption related benefits and registrations. - Coordinating with Government Officials, Financial Institutions and other regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with norms. - Ensuring adherence to Vietnam rules and regulations as per company's act, inclusive of filing various returns as contemplated therein, with the ROC and drafting Notices, as required under the Act. Ideal Candidate would be - Indian Chartered Accountant with at-least 5-10 years of experience. - At least 2-5 years in Manufacturing Unit. - Knows Vietnamese. - Has worked in Vietnam for at least 2-3 years and familiar with import-export laws and banking in the country. - Familiar with SAP.
