Pearl Global - Chartered Accountant - Banking & Treasury Role

Glimpse about the role:

Supervise Daily Banking Activities:

- Ensuring the smooth operation of daily finance activities and resolving queries of the Banks.

- Viewing daily fund position and plan the fund movement according to the payment schedule of all banks.

- Ensuring timely receipts of Letter of Credit (LC), their submission, payments and amendments on time.

- Ensuring timely submission of documents for bill discounting and receipt of discount as per the terms of the Company's policy.

Bank Compliance:

- Preparation of CMA Data and bank proposal for renewing/taking fresh limits from Bank and handle the query of Banks. Get the documentation done with in the stipulated time frame

- Preparation of DP statement and submit to banks for releasing the limits

- Submitting FFR to banks

- Arranging Quarterly Due Diligence Certificate from CA

- Accompany the Banks to get the quarterly unit Inspection Done

Finance MIS:

- Projected cash flow position of the Company for the next 6 months.

- Monthly MIS of fund and non-fund based credit utilization, term loan outstanding, financial charges and actual vs. projected cash flow.

- Tracking and checking of Interest charged by banks on monthly basis on CC/WCDL/Buyer Credit/PCFC/PCL Limits

- Ensuring and authorize Monthly closing of Bank Reconciliation of all bank accounts and ensure to account for the unaccounted entries.

Other activities:

- External credit rating of the company

- New signature updation, old signature deletion, new account open & non-operative account closure.

- Assisting in preparation of monthly income statement and quarterly balance sheet of the Company.

- Monthly Scrutiny of Company's Trial Balance

- Ensuring Compliance with respect to Accounting Standards & various other rules.

- Coordination with Auditors.

Qualification Required - Qualified CA's with 5+ years of exp.

Industry Exposure - Only from garment manufacturing organization
