As the Sales Manager, you will be meeting key decision makers in School and colleges/giving presentation and generating Awareness and leads.
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of student numbers.
- Prepares action plans for effective & relevant search of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Share's key insights in development of a robust marketing plan
- Responsible for quality lead generation, tracking to closure
- Handles effective lead tracking, shares insights & modulates sales strategy towards effective conversion
- Conducts one-on-one review with Sales team across markets, builds effective communication channels for inputs.
- Managerial capability to appoint & handle agency/s & staff on effective on ground sales
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by agency team/sales executives.
- Assists team/executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.
- Good in presentation Skills.
- Building & Maintaining Relationships with School Colleges.
Educational Qualifications:MBA will be preferred
Academic / Technical: Ms-Office, Emails
Experience: 10 - 13 yrs
