Talent Acquisition:
- Will be responsible to take a complete responsibility of hiring all non academic and academic team at the Campus.
- Maintain regular database for Visiting faculty, Contract and full time employees
- Should be very process oriented and ability to choose the right candidate for the right role.
PMS and Compensation Management.
- Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis.
- Manage the entire execution of Training, employees accessing systems, support them in filling their KRA's and the final appraisal systems. Ensure 100% smooth execution with compliance.
- All necessary data analysis to benchmark salaries and benefits.
Employee Relations and Engagement
- To detect and handle complaints, disputes and grievances.
- To foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication.
- To conduct exit and grievance interviews with all departments/staffs.
- To assist in handling all local labor tribunal cases.
Budget, financial management
- Submit the Personnel Budget for all personnel costs and Headcount to Finance Department post discussing with Business Heads.
- To submit the Personnel latest estimates for all personnel costs and headcount to Finance Department on a quarterly basis.
Human Resource Application
Maintain smooth running and update of the HR applications.
Training and Development
- Interface with external vendors and suppliers for the implementation of corporate training or training programs.
- Identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training needs accordingly.
- Managing, communicating and delivering important projects that impact other parts of the organization.
