JOB DESCRIPTION : Manager Digital Marketing

Role Title Manager : Digital Marketing

Reports to : Director Location Corporate office, New Delhi

PURPOSE :

The incumbent's responsibilities are to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels and enhance visibility on all social media platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Social Media Marketing and Online Reputation Management :

- Define the social media strategy to build awareness footprint and brand equity for both universities, UPES and UTM among all relevant interest groups

- Ideate, strategize, develop and execute multi-platform digital marketing and promotional programs that contribute to the enrollment goals

- Generate relevant admissions enquiries for various undergraduate and post graduate programs offered by both universities

- Develop and manage custom content platforms to create vibrant communities around the university program offerings

- Use appropriate SEO techniques to drive relevant traffic to the universities websites

- Lead partner digital and social media marketing agencies to develop online creatives aligned to the marketing objectives

- Monitor the effectiveness of various online initiatives using appropriate analytics tools, techniques and data science

- Formulate, execute and track effectiveness of digital campaigns to generate sales leads - creatives, email campaigns, SMSes, online posts, blogs for creating program specific awareness

- Analyze ROI for each digital campaign by product or product groups

- Conceptualize and coordinate with internal teams to develop quality content for digital platforms

Budget & Forecast Management :

- Manage digital marketing budget and forecast search, paid social and digital display channels

Digital & Media Optimization :

- Negotiate competitive rates with affiliates and publishers

- Establish testing plans for each market.

- Optimize campaigns based on agreed upon success metrics

- Drive growth in all traffic vehicles (paid and non- paid)

- Keep on top of digital marketing trends and innovation to continually evolve existing digital marketing strategies

Website Analysis and Maintenance :

- Review, analyze, maintain and update sites for further improvement on an ongoing basis

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE : First Class Master's Degree from a premier institute

- 5- 10 years- experience in social media space, working with leading brands

- Experience in analysis and optimization across channels such as Digital Marketing (SEO/SEM, Display, Affiliates, Social Media), Direct Marketing (Email, Direct Mail) and online (website) properties

- Experiential understanding of brand building and marketing operations / strategy

- Multiple project management skills.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills in order to able to liaise with different departments.

- Effective oral and written communication.
