Job Description:   Role Title/Designation-AVP-Marketing   Department-Marketing  Role Definition: (Broad Definition of roles)  As the AVP-Marketing you will contribute in Branding & Marketing Strategies in order to develop overall Marketing and promotion. Activities of the organization with providing Creative inputs.  Role Responsibilities: (Detailed activities)  - Develop and Lead Marketing Team  - Manage and coordinate all marketing(ATL), advertising and promotional staff and activities  - Analysis of current market conditions and competitor information  - Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products  - Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects  - Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results  - Work with Brand and Media Engagement teams to agree appropriate media channels and develop campaign media strategies.  - Lead the development of creative briefs and ensure that marketing communications are characterized by the highest creative standards  - Developing agencies to achieve optimum output.  - Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.  - Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities  - Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products also studying competitors' products and services  - Keep ahead of developments in the field of marketing and technology/digital trends, maintaining links with the industry and incorporating into marketing plans.  - Liasoning with Campus Directors & HOD in order to achieve Dept/Campus branding objectives.  Educational Qualifications/Experience:  Educational Qualifications: MBA-Marketing  Academic / Technical: Ms-Office, Emails  Experience: 14-18Years  Key Skills:  - Excellent Communication Skills  - Good Personality  - Positive Attitude  - Proactive  - Presentation Skills  - Clearly targeted
