Someone who has a first principle approach towards any problem and comes with a getting things done mindset. Responsibilities: 1. Lead, close and manage accounts in India &amp; Emerging global markets. 2. Design, develop and execute solutions to solve critical business problems 3. Leverage creative marketing and sales tactics to help the SDR team prospect and engage with multiple buyer personas 4. Get hands-on with the sales process from time-to-time to develop a deeper understanding 5. Hire &amp; Lead a team of sales executives and sales managers to achieve and exceed sales targets 6. Make sure that all the projects and campaigns are executed at the highest quality and the product is delivered as per the brand standards You'd be a good fit if you have: 1. 4+ years management experience in sales, sales operations, marketing, or customer service for a technical product 2. A proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at a fast growing company with multiple sales segments with an inbound and outbound model 3. Management experience in a high growth environment, preferably in sales development or a similar field 4. The desire to listen and creatively solve problems 5. A passion for customers and the desire and desire to build authentic relationships 6. Familiarity with B2B software and the Learning &amp; Development Market. 7. Experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) 8. Excellent communication &amp; negotiation skills.
