Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening profiles as per client requirements from job portals, references and also through social networking, Mapping.
- Assist in various documentation activities, like preparation of JDs, Client Dossier, Mapping sheets, industry reports, candidate evaluation reports / profiles etc.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Technical (IT) recruitment.
- Ability to demonstrate creative sourcing techniques like refined Boolean searches, internet search, advanced search engines, LinkedIn, cold-calling, etc).
- Must be structured, organised and an effective listener with strong communications skills.
- Utilise all available information to post the position internally and externally.
- Source candidates actively by posting jobs on external job boards like Naukri, Angelist, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, and Has job and all industry-specific job boards.
