Peacock Solar - Product Manager

The company is in Jaipur, the person needs to travel to Bangalore & Jaipur a bit in rural areas for 4-5days, he can be from any location & work from home.For this role, we are looking for a ""Business"" Product manager, someone who is strong technically and can build a tech product (giving requirements, writing business requirement documents, knowing how to prioritize feature roll-out etc. working with the actual tech teams..) but the primary difference from a ""technical"" product manager, is the understanding of business that this person will need to have. He needs to be a ""Business person"" who has strong knowledge of the domain, understanding of the stakeholders and users in it... how they interact with technology and what kind of tech will help them do better... Most of the profiles shared were of technical product manager profile and they didn't have any major business knowledge of their domains. Almost none of them have ever worked for a last mile organization

- Ideally, we want people who have built tech / products which face internal users like delivery agents / drivers etc. (Swiggy / zomato etc.). Except for a very few profiles, most of the candidates didn't have in-depth experience in both Web & Mobile App.

- Also, the candidate needs to have strong leadership skills since they will be building the in-house team for FM. Almost every profile failed on this front.

- So to refine this further and invite better profiles, we can look for candidates

- Who have more experience (atleast 7-8 years)

- Specifically built products for internal users - target Swiggy, Zomato, Ola, Uber etc

- Who have spent time in a last mile organization (not mandatory but preferable )
