We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR business partner for our India operations to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
As HRBP, You will:
- Support the business in identifying and implementing the most optimum organization structure in line with evolving business priorities
- Identify gaps and ensure right staffing within prescribed timelines
- Facilitate the compensation reviews and provide consultation & proposals for salary increase & review
- Manage and resolve employee issues by conducting thorough & objective investigation and consequence management
- Work with the L&D CoE on identifying executive coaching needs & training needs for business units and help design individual development plans
- Ensure existence of succession plans for critical positions & forecast attrition through talent discussions
- Ensure seamless planning and execution of HR processes
- Act as an interface between the Business and CoEs to ensure effective communication and implementation of policies, processes and initiatives
- Work with HR Operations to ensure quality of employee data maintained on the HRIS system through regular audits and business validation
- Drive employee engagement initiatives for all India employees. Infuse a culture focused on employee wellbeing through targeted initiatives.
