- We are looking for a profile from Economics background preferably PhD holder or having MBA or Engineering degree.

- He/ She should have very good drafting/ writing skills. The candidate should have sound knowledge and experience of policy formation, working on policy framework, policy evaluation especially infrastructure, PPP etc. Knowledge about infrastructure projects is an essential component for this profile.

- Brief Job Description includes (a) Study of the sample pool of projects to list out the key parameters of the projects on which study is going on

(b) study of Governance structure & Institutional framework

(c) study of the root cause analysis of successful PPP projects in the State and identification of issues in-common helping as well as obstructing PPP progress in the state

(d) Review of the contract document for the selected projects to understand the risk allocation experiences with PPP projects implemented in previous years. Assist in consultations (if required) with stakeholders including senior Govt. officials in Rajasthan for the same,

(e) Listing of existing policy frameworks, laws, institutional arrangements, administrative set-up in Rajasthan related to PPP projects

Preference would be given to female candidate who is local from Jaipur or Rajasthan
