PDCOR Limited - Principal Consultant - Financial Resources

Qualification : MBA / CA/ PG (Economics) from a reputed Institution

Work location: Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore (Can work from home town with willingness to travel on need basis )

- Minimum 12 years in Finance Industry involving investment transactions such as PE Investments/ Multilateral funds/ Pension Funds etc.

- Work experience with international financial institutions involved in project financing is preferred.

- Must have worked hands on in multiple investment transactions (not debt syndication from commercial banks) in public or private sector projects.

- Solicit Indian and International investors providing equity/ quasi equity investments in projects in sectors such as Healthcare/ Education/ Hospitality/ Energy/ Green Infrastructure.

- Identify global funds providing patient capital for long term investment in socio-economic projects in India.

- Lead manage financial modelling for project finance including risk modelling.

- Liason with Fund houses/ Investors to understand their requirements and help structure the investment opportunities to suitable to successfully complete the investment transaction.
