Job Description

a) Responsible for overall work related to constitution, working and management of proposed Fund

b) Preparation of Financial Statement & Analysis

c) Handling taxation issues

d) Audit of funds and Accounts

e) Providing support for existing projects, including structuring, financial modeling, preparation of transaction documents, and procurement processes

f) providing assistance for project development activities, including structuring and financial modeling of project ideas to further develop them for adding to the pipeline of bankable projects;

g) Developing EOI, RFPs, agreements and providing inputs on recommendations for MOU

h) Prepare cost centre and profit analysis for the hotels

i) Any other works assigned by the departmentofficials related to the scope of work
