The Incumbent will be responsible for business advisory relationships with their clients. Helping client organization to improve key business process through re-engineering and automation.

Should be an MBA from Tier 1/ Tier 2 institutes with minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting space.

Job Description:

A competent professional with over 6-8 years of exposure in areas of Consulting or Business Analysis.

- The candidate should have sound knowledge of Insurance P&C Business processes.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience with atleast 7 years of experience in P&C domain with IT services organization.

- Enable to assist global team to win new business from Insurance companies

- A Domain Consultant with comprehensive knowledge of business processes, Business Analysis, Process Management, Commercial Strategy, Project Management, and Business Process Re-engineering

- Experience in project planning, design implementation and monitoring in the Utilities/ Oil and Gas Sector P&C domain.

Key Measurables:

- Representing the organization as a domain expert

- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills and strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.

- Experience of leading teams for high visibility projects

- People Management and Influencing Skills

- Working closely with sales and presales teams of on complex business transformation deals from prospecting to closure.

- Should be able to proactively drive internal initiatives

- Work towards deadlines and deliver quality outputs within timeline

- Global client exposure is an added advantage

- Aware of end to end SDLC life cycle process would be an added advantage
