P&C Insurance Consultant - IT

I am looking to hire for Consultant role in P&C Insurance domain with our fortune 500 client in Management Consulting. This position is in USA only but payroll/based location of India.

Candidate Should Have Valid H1B VISA (US) Green Card Holder

- Good mix of consulting + insurance domain + open-systems technology skills - Identify, build and launch new offerings for the Insurance business unit E.g. Duck Creek Solutions for Insurance - Lead

- Consulting assignments that are geared at solving business problems and promoting new offerings.

- Solution architect with the Insurance domain knowledge

Qualification: MBA from top institute or CA preferred (Mandatory)

JD :

- Good mix of consulting + insurance domain + open-systems technology skills

- Identify, build and launch new offerings for the Insurance business unit E.g. Duck Creek Solutions for Insurance

- Lead consulting assignments that are geared at solving business problems and promoting new offerings

Key Responsibilities

- Engage actively with customers and stakeholders to gauge their dominant priorities, preferences, and formulate key initiatives to improve positioning and competitiveness

- Develop deep visibility into customer's process and systems portfolios to identify opportunities and create demands for Company offerings

- Drive focused engagements with domain experts, analysts, stakeholders, other functions and business partners to transform insights into concrete and viable solutions and services

- Define innovative solutions in conjunction with industry teams to effectively present, communicate and demonstrate integrated value proposition and how it best meets the customer’s long-term business goals and needs

- Contribute to presales efforts pertaining to offering/capability that is conceptual, underdeveloped or under incubation

- Lead consulting, transition and due-diligence assignments, which pave way for broader delivery programs and engagements

- Meticulously leverage resources in public domain and engage with Analyst Relations team to promote corporate image, develop trusted relationships and leads

- 5 - 12 yrs of experience in IT with atleast 4+ yrs in Insurance solutions and services

- Expertise in one or more of the following Insurance domains: property, casualty, health, travel, life and annuities, reinsurance

- Expertise in articulating value proposition to senior business and technical decision makers as well as front-line technologists

- Experience with one or more packaged solutions for Insurance such as: Admin Server, Vantage, Guidewire, Duck Creek, Camillion, SAP Claims/Collections & Disbursements
