Role Summary: The HR Manager will be pivotal in optimizing HR processes and systems to support our growing organization. This role demands a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring operational excellence across all HR functions, including compliance, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR operations, demonstrating efficiency, effectiveness, and a deep understanding of HR best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. - Manage the HR operational budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness. - Oversee the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and leave policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. - Develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding processes that align with company culture and operational goals. - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both staff and management. - Conduct regular audits of HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with current laws and regulations. - Collaborate with department managers to facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning. - Manage and optimize the use of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to improve HR reporting and analytics capabilities. - Lead HR projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or professional HR certification is preferred. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a significant focus on HR operations within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex HR issues. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
