Scope:
- Will be part of PayU Rewards Team and will work with stakeholders such as HRBPs, HR Ops, TA, External partners supporting on Reward matters and finance team across PayU very closely
JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a Reward Lead, PayU to support our high growth business. In this role, you will manage Compensation & Benefits programs, harmonise compensation structure, benefits, and Reward Analytics for India and South East Asia, reporting to the Director Rewards for PayU. Key
Responsibilities:
- Support implementing the global compensation strategy for PayU. - Analyse compensation surveys report for market benchmarking and propose competitive pay scales effectively managing wage cost for the organization.
- Participate in Benefits surveys to deliver critical market insights to modify benefits policies to remain competitive and cost-effective.
- Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with local, state, federal, and country-specific global regulations.
- Responsible for end-to-end reward analytics (monthly/Quarterly/Annual) and deliver critical insights to support right reward decisions for employees / business.
- Responsible for simulating projected cost for annual budget planning basis direction received from Reward leaders.
- Support driving end-to-end Annual and Mid-year performance process and ensure by doing a detailed calibration that the performance / compensation distributions are aligned to Reward guidelines and internal parity is improved.
- Build effective relationships with business teams and managing a range of internal and external stakeholders.
What skills and experience will be preferred? - At least 6 to 8 years work experience with at least 3 to 5 years experience C&B role , Experience of international/cross cultural working with India and possibly South East Asia or at least one of the regions across multiple countries
- Should be well aware of (India) C&B trends and compliances - Must be super good in advance excel and PPTs.
- Prior experience as Reward Analyst would be preferred. Payments, Fintech, BFSI, NBFC, Rewards consulting sector work experience will be added advantage Must have project management experience and ability to self-manage with minimal direction. Collaborative team player who demonstrates flexibility and can-do attitude as part of a motivated, high-performance HR Systems Team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
