PayU - Manager - Finance - New Business & Revenue Assurance - CA

About the Role:

We are seeking a solid, self-starting colleague to partner with business teams growing existing businesses and building new ones from scratch. This role requires to the incumbent to think through every aspect of Revenue, from Recording of transactions to Flow of funds and related Controls and finally Assurance. It is clearly more than finance: it requires ability to invent, go beyond the standard business rules to "experiment" and "conceive" - together with the business partners - to enable financially sustainable solutions.

The successful candidate should have a history of:

- ability to model new and ambiguous businesses processes,

- The candidate should be able to develop revenue recognition policies and revenue generation standards; ensures adherence to GAAPs in the revenue & direct costs space.

- Develop new strategies to improve accuracy and timeliness of revenue management.

- Develop internal finance controls based on industry best practices.

- Work in close collaboration with Revenue MIS & Revenue Assurance Teams to drive above.

- As a part of a growing team, you will deal with a high level of ambiguity and changing priorities. The successful candidate will maneuver through the ambiguity, communicate effectively across teams and levels, while balancing the needs and requirements of internal and external customers.

- Flexibility and the ability to prioritize in a changing business environment will also be key.

What are we looking for?

- A CA with analytical bias, cross functional collaboration and Team Management

- Minimum 4 years and upto 7 year's experience in positions that require analysis, reporting financial results, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation of business impact and results

- Experience performing financial and ad hoc analysis

- Experience with Excel advanced functions
