Zonal Sales Manager
Job Description : Zonal Sales Manager
The Sales team at Paytm Health is responsible for onboarding of new medical institutions (Labs, Clinics, Hospitals) for the Offline Enterprise team.
The team will be measured on following 4 parameters:
- Number of medical institutions onboarded
- Revenue Generated from each institution
- Number of active Paytm products in the institution
Qualifications and basic requirements : Preferred candidates from a health finance company, payments background in Healthcare and pharma companies.
Industry experience :
- ZSMs - Minimum 10+years in a sales role
- Familiarity with Hospital Management systems and hospital ERPs.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory
- Work with Central team to develop strategies on ground based on the insights picked up on the field
Responsibilities :
To achieve holistic growth of the business in the assigned region, the Sales team shall be responsible for:
- Hunt for new accounts that can be introduced to Paytm Payments
- Coordination with various internal teams to ensure timely and smooth onboarding experience for merchants/app owners.
- Own and Manage Merchant relationships at post Live stage
- Device and execute growth strategies for increasing revenue from acquired accounts.
- Plan and finalize Merchant funded campaigns on premium/ paid properties of Paytm ecosystem to help merchants get maximum out of Paytm ecosystem
- Manage Paytm Health Merchants and aggregator relationship for the specified category in that region
- Plan, Pitch and Execute Merchant funded campaigns for Paytm Health in collaboration with merchants/partners and internal stakeholders
Budget for the Sales team : ZSM : Rs. 20-25LPA (80% fixed, 20% variable)
