Role: Assistant Manager: Finance & Accounts
Job Overview:
- The incumbent will be working with PML's CFO & finance team for various finance related activities & reporting.
- He will also be responsible for implementing processes & controls in the Company which can help scale the operations in an error free environment.
- The work location would be Bangalore
Job Summary:
The detailed tasks that would be associated with the role are given below. While the role would involve ensuring that the tasks (mentioned below) are executed across departments by the relevant teams involved, constant governance of the same and ensuring on time execution would be the key responsibilities.
Industry - Broking/Financial services strictly
Tasks would include:
- Overall - Support the CFO for finance business partnering with various decisions.
- Strong execution capabilities and command in accounting standards
- Working with the internal team to ensure error free group reporting of various MIS and reports.
- Working within the department to ensure error free accounting, issue less audit and compliance are in place.
- Working on establishing and building efficiency on various processes & sub-processes within the finance function.
- Responsible for co-ordinating with statutory and internal auditors in a timely manner.
- Assisting the Finance team with various ideas in improving Working capital management of the Company with innovative ideas.
- Working within department to ensure strict compliance of various direct, indirect taxes, regulatory levies and broking related taxes.
